Lea-Marie Becker, professionally known as LEA, was born on July 9, 1992, in Kassel, Germany. She is a German singer-songwriter and keyboardist. LEA began her musical journey at a young age, growing up in a household filled with music, as her parent worked as a music therapist. She started taking piano lessons at the age of six and wrote her first songs at the age of eleven. In her teenage years, she gained early recognition by uploading music videos to YouTube under the name Lea-Marie.
